Get up and running with NexusHealth in minutes.

Quick Start Guide

This guide will help you get started with NexusHealth quickly.

Step 1: Account Setup

After your organization is onboarded, you'll receive:

  • Admin portal credentials
  • Mobile app download links
  • Facility configuration details

Step 2: Configure Your Facility

  1. Log in to the admin portal
  2. Go to Settings > Facility
  3. Enter your facility information
  4. Configure screening protocols

Step 3: Add Users

  1. Navigate to Users > Add User
  2. Enter user details
  3. Assign appropriate role (Admin, Manager, Operator, Viewer)
  4. User receives invitation email

Step 4: Start Screening

  1. Download the mobile app from App Store or Google Play
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Create or find a patient
  4. Perform examination
  5. Document findings

Mobile App Workflow

Creating a Patient

  1. Tap "New Patient"
  2. Enter patient demographics (Name, DOB, Gender)
  3. Add birth information (Weight, Gestational Age)
  4. Enter Hospital Number (unique per facility)
  5. Save patient record

Documenting an Examination

  1. Select patient from list
  2. Tap "New Examination"
  3. Enter clinical parameters (In/Out Patient, Weight, Pupil Size)
  4. Document Plus Disease (Severity, Location, Zone)
  5. Record ROP Classification for each eye
  6. Capture video/images if needed
  7. Set risk assessment and follow-up date
  8. Submit examination

Scheduling Follow-up

  1. Open patient record
  2. Tap "Schedule Follow-up"
  3. Select follow-up interval (3/7/14/21/28 days)
  4. Add notes (optional)
  5. Save appointment

Tips for Success

  • Complete all required training before going live
  • Use offline mode in areas with poor connectivity
  • Review documentation standards with your team
  • Regularly sync data when connected
