Quick Start Guide
This guide will help you get started with NexusHealth quickly.
Step 1: Account Setup
After your organization is onboarded, you'll receive:
- Admin portal credentials
- Mobile app download links
- Facility configuration details
Step 2: Configure Your Facility
- Log in to the admin portal
- Go to Settings > Facility
- Enter your facility information
- Configure screening protocols
Step 3: Add Users
- Navigate to Users > Add User
- Enter user details
- Assign appropriate role (Admin, Manager, Operator, Viewer)
- User receives invitation email
Step 4: Start Screening
- Download the mobile app from App Store or Google Play
- Log in with your credentials
- Create or find a patient
- Perform examination
- Document findings
Mobile App Workflow
Creating a Patient
- Tap "New Patient"
- Enter patient demographics (Name, DOB, Gender)
- Add birth information (Weight, Gestational Age)
- Enter Hospital Number (unique per facility)
- Save patient record
Documenting an Examination
- Select patient from list
- Tap "New Examination"
- Enter clinical parameters (In/Out Patient, Weight, Pupil Size)
- Document Plus Disease (Severity, Location, Zone)
- Record ROP Classification for each eye
- Capture video/images if needed
- Set risk assessment and follow-up date
- Submit examination
Scheduling Follow-up
- Open patient record
- Tap "Schedule Follow-up"
- Select follow-up interval (3/7/14/21/28 days)
- Add notes (optional)
- Save appointment
Tips for Success
- Complete all required training before going live
- Use offline mode in areas with poor connectivity
- Review documentation standards with your team
- Regularly sync data when connected
